You must request an exchange or return within 10 days of receiving your order.
You may return or exchange your online purchase in the following circumstances:
1. If the Seller has failed to deliver the parcel within 28 days after the date of the order.
2. In the case of faulty goods at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect (no longer than 14 days after receipt).
3. All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund the amount of money that you may have paid.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn outside, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. All garments which are returned by the Buyer to the Seller must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund at purchase price directly to the method of payment used for purchase. Please allow 10 working days for returns to be processed.
